The entire team at United Water Restoration was amazing! I don’t remember everyone’s names, but each person was professional, kind, and incredibly communicative. They handled the water damage across all three levels of my home with care and attention to detail. They also stayed in constant contact with my insurance company, which made the entire process as smooth as it could be considering the extent of the damage. I’m so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage!

From the first call to the final email everyone has been so pleasant to work with. Daniel and Paul made several visits and each time called ahead, showed up when promised, and worked quickly and respectfully to clean up our water damage. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. I hope I never need to use them again but would definitely call United if I did.
