I cannot recommend Lightspeed Restoration enough! From Tyannia in scheduling, to Dan and his utmost professionalism, along with the great crews, Lightspeed should be your first call. After making the mistake of calling Servpro to do water remediation after a leak in our kitchen, we found out after they left that they told us our job was complete, only to find water and moisture levels that were still bad. Then we found Lightspeed. They immediately came out and did a far superior inspection, removed all the water, and have dealt with insurance, assuring all of our repair and restorations are covered and handled correctly.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Chris Link during his visit to my home. Chris was super knowledgeable, professional, honest, and extremely easy to communicate with, and really blew me away with his exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to take care of all my concerns. This is not always the experience you get with companies/contractors in this area. I’ll be requesting him specifically by name for any restoration issues in the future, and even passed his contact info on to one of my neighbors who plans on doing the same. I recently had to deal with a family members home over an hour away. Dan and his crew were awake at the crack of dawn when the damage happened, throughout the day as a ton of calls and decisions had to be made. Dan came in and himself, brought up dryers and other remediation needs up 3 floors until someone came to assist him. He kept me and my family updated every step of the way and provided estimates quickly. He has been a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in need of their services.
