We reached out to United Water Restoration Group after discovering a leak in our basement, and found that our kitchen sink above had worn and caused a large amount of damage to multiple rooms in the house, and despite the awful situation our experience working with them has been absolutely wonderful. In the beginning we explained up front that we were a little nervous about this process, as we recently experienced a death in the family causing some financial issues and had an awful experience with our last contractor abandoning the project and producing very poor quality work. They assured us they were going to take care of everything, communicated frequently and clearly about what needed to be done, gave us a timeline for the work which they were able to successfully stick to, and all of the work itself was fantastic, and the people we interacted with were extremely friendly. Justin and Dumitru were wonderful especially, and did such a great job with the work that I can't say enough how happy we are after having such an awful experience with a different company previously. I would absolutely suggest United Water Restoration Group if you want to work with a reliable company that is both professional and friendly. Thank you all again for the hard work when we needed it!

While no homeowner ever puts a water damage remediation project on their wish list of home improvement projects, from start to finish the whole team at United Water Restoration Group of Sterling were great to work with. They understand that these types of projects can create a tremendous amount of stress on homeowners and their families, and they went out of their way to demonstrate their competence and provide great service. We had water overflow from or main level bathroom down to our lower level bathroom/foyer right before the weekend. They had someone come out right away to assess the damages and also had a point of contact to talk to us over the weekend to provide information of the process and answer any questions we had which really helped us make the best of our situation. Their workers were professionals and courteous and was able to provide answers for us on the spot. We highly recommend them!

Both technicians (Carlos & Alberto) were very courteous & professional. Alberto spent time explaining things to me throughout the day. Before they left for the day, they made sure cords were taped down & did an excellent job of cleaning up for the day. I would highly recommend your company.

Melvin, Mickey, and team were absolutely amazing. We had water leaking from our master shower down through the ceiling into our kitchen. They arrived immediately and assessed the situation and with our approval, started the mitigation process that day. They also took us through every step of the process including coordinating with our insurance company and plumbers. They are the best!!! Highly recommend !!

I was devastated after finding out that my basement had completely flooded in a house that I had just bought -- and on Christmas Day no less. Once I found United Water Restoration Group, I was so relieved to have a team who would handle the drying, mold remediation, AND the rebuild. They were professional, responsive, and gave me a great deal. My basement is now completely finished (new flooring, walls, cabinets, & fresh paint job) and looks incredible. I would highly recommend them.
