Highly recommend Ultimate Water Damage Restoration. Andrey was able to provide a same-day quote in a fairly accurate range based on a handful of photos and some questions answered over text. He was responsive via text and able to schedule a team to come out the next day, which is exactly what you want to hear when you encounter water + mold damage in your home. He also helped answer questions related to reimbursement from a 3rd party (i.e., builder or insurance), which relieved some uncertainty and anxiety. His experienced crew lead also asked me at the start of the job if I would need to work with insurance, then took extra photos in case we needed them for reimbursement documentation. While on-site, his team was professional, communicative, and got an extensive job done in just 1 day. I appreciated that they set up a containment, showed me pictures as the work unfolded, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They sent someone to pick up the industrial fans + de-humidifier on day 4 or 5. The final invoice clearly laid out all items and their costs.

We had water come in through a window well getting flooded during heavy rain. Ultimate Water Damage Restoration was able to come inspect the damage and provide a solution in a very timely manner especially with many other homes having water issues during the heavy storm months. He was very diligent and successful to manage the drying of the affected areas to prevent serious issues which allowed us to have the party safely. I cannot count how many trips this guy made to the house with his staff to continue with the complete drying for 5-6 days.
