Tri State Restorations

This was my first time dealing with a leak in my condo, and I found the situation very stressful since I wasn’t sure how to handle the water damage. A plumber recommended Tri State Restoration, and I’m glad they did. The Tri State team members I worked with—Eric, Virginia, and Alfredo—were fantastic. Eric and Virginia answered all my questions and concerns. Alfredo and his crew did a great job removing the damaged cabinets and drywall, and effectively drying the area. I would recommend Tri State to anyone who needs a mitigation company, and I would use them again if needed. What stood out to me about Eric, Virginia, and Alfredo was how personable and understanding they were. To me, a top-tier company not only knows how to assess and fix problems, but also communicates well and works effectively with customers, which I find very important.

Good but overpriced. Daniel & Carlos were out the same day I called. Removed damaged drywall from 2 rooms caused by a water leak from the unit above me. They treated the effected area, removed all debris, cleaned up and installed fans and dehumidifierers for 48 hrs.

We had a water heater go boom not so long ago and after chatting with our plumber he strongly recommended TriState Restoration. We're so glad he did. The restoration was quick and professional and the accounting team was amazing throughout the entire claim process; very responsive and providing great clarity. Strongly recommend!

The service team led by Alfredo and his helper Cirilo did an amazing job after my basement faced a water catastrophe. Their attention to detail and meticulous care to salvage my property was admirable. They handled all aspects of the job in an expert fashion. They were also very pleasant and forthcoming in their demeanor.

From start to finish, Tri State was friendly, prompt, and fair. Deon and Alfredo came promptly the night of my water damage and ensured me they would take care of me. Dary, Virginia, Dontrell, and Adrienne from the office were very responsive and personable to help with the ins and outs of coordinating the services. Everything turned out great!
