The JOOLA Store

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely blown away by this place. This store is legit. The space is gorgeous, super organized, and way bigger than expected. It was packed today but the staff handled the chaos like pros! Everyone was friendly, patient, and actually seemed to know their stuff (which is rare in retail lately). The paddle selection is insane in the best way.. all of the newest available! They even have a fitting room with a mural?! It honestly feels like a boutique for pickleball. The Ben Johns event was incredibly well run for how many people showed up. They kept the line moving and still made it feel personal when you finally got up to him. The whole vibe in the store was energetic and fun. If you’re into pickleball at any level, this spot is a must-visit.

Brian and Kim in the Pike & Rose retail store are awesome! They were so helpful and friendly. I called ahead and they checked to make sure they had the item I needed and offered parking advice and directions. I definitely recommend shopping here. The store is clean and bright. Parking in the lot across from the store is easy.
