Such a wonderful experience with Juan and Kristina! My husband and I tried an array of paddles and didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. We always go out of our way to support small businesses. I ended up choosing the Bread & Butter Invader and my husband got the MARK TwoR2.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received from a company! Here’s why… 1) Got the paddle for $30 cheaper than the online price. 2) 10pm I send a message to Juan on Team Reach asking about the Joola Pro IV Hyperion. I sent him a label and he agrees to send me a discounted paddle brand new. Gave quick and satisfying answers to all my questions. 3) He shipped it the very next morning, as soon as they opened. 4) The next day, my indecisive self decides to demo a new paddle next to the Hyperion. The Joola Pro IV Scorpeus 16mm. So, the day I receive my Hyperion, I reach out to Juan and ask if I can make the switch at Prestige Pickleball in Northvale. No problem. 5) He even offered to have me pick it up at a location closer to me. 6) Then he threw in a free zippered cover. I’m super happy with my paddle and the quick customer service made the process exciting and easy. 10/10 recommend these guys!
