I had a terrible experience with this store. Besides being small without much variety for selection, I was scammed. For my first and what will be my last purchase, I was misguided into wasting money on a used racquet for $200 of which the handle (4 1/2) was way too big for me so can't even use it. On top of that, their demo program is horrendous. They make you pay a whopping $150 upfront for each racquet and $5 per day. I took two to demo, and they made me pay for how long I predicted to keep them for which was 2 days at the time, but then I returned it only after 1 day and they failed to refund me the $10 owed to me so I had to call my bank to dispute it. They are so cheap and petty. I highly advise you stay far away from this store. I've heard bad experiences from other people I play with as well like poor stringing service. Which is why I'm so glad I was told about Alpine Ski Shop which is a far superior store. It's comically ironic that a winter sports shop somehow has a much larger and better tennis selection and not to mention a demo program that DOES NOT charge you a ridiculous deposit per racquet and allows you to use the demo fees towards a new racquet in an incremental way that actually makes sense. I highly recommend them over this poor excuse for a tennis store. Absolutely pathetic.

I recently visited the tennis shop and had the pleasure of being helped by Manny. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Manny took the time to understand my playing style and skill level before recommending rackets and strings that would best suit my game. What really stood out was his passion for tennis — you can tell he truly loves the sport and enjoys helping others find the right gear. He even helped me customize my racket and explained the differences between string tensions and grip sizes in a way that made perfect sense. Exceptional customer service like this is rare these days. If you’re a tennis player of any level, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Manny — you won’t be disappointed!

A great local tennis shop. Alex was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They had the exact shoes my son needed. And I bought some awesome socks from Japan. Nice selection of rackets, too. Will be back for restringing mine sometime.

Used them for the first time today to get a racquet strung. The turnaround was reasonable—just a day—but the staff’s knowledge seemed limited since the owner wasn’t present. That said, I’ll continue using them thanks to their fair pricing and convenient location. Glad I found them through Google.

I have been to this tennis shop a few times now and each time have had a lovely experience. The employees are always happy to help. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ivy to find a new racket and I can't say enough wonderful things about how knowledgeable and helpful she is! Definitely a customer for life and I will tell everyone I can to go see them.
