I want to extend a huge thank you to the Servpro team for the exceptional work they did restoring and reconstructing my basement after a frozen burst pipe earlier this year. John, the estimator, truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process, and I’m extremely grateful for his support. Joe, my primary point of contact for the remediation, was outstanding to work with. He was responsive, pleasant, and ensured the project stayed on track. His crew did a fantastic job as well. RJ, Santos, Wilmer, Jonathan, Angel and Fidel all contributed meaningfully, and I want to especially acknowledge Fidel for the meticulous work he did on the drywall removal. Servpro subcontracted the reconstruction to L&G, and they delivered excellent results. Yoni, Oscar, and the rest of the team were professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. I’m very pleased with the overall experience and the quality of the finished work. If I had to note one area for improvement, it would be the initial assignment of an estimator named Chris, who was difficult to reach and made the early stages challenging. Once the project was reassigned to John, everything progressed smoothly and efficiently. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and appreciative of the teams involved.

Argelis, David and Jonathan came to help with our water damage issue and they were great. They came quickly and got things cleaned up right away. They had to come back a few times to check the moisture and take out some additional areas of flooring.There was great communication, and the crew was very nice and professional. I would recommend Servpro to my family and friends.

Argelis, Fidel were absolutely the best ServPro team! They were in constant communication with us all during the week they were here, Fidel was very polite, very experienced in all aspects of our flood cleanup and demolition and very conscious about our situation. Also had team members Mauricio and Steven helping Fidel. All in all, very pleased with ServPro service and team. Thank you!!

Excellent service and quality of work - highly recommend! Our water heater cracked and flooded two rooms 10 days before Thanksgiving, damaging carpet, drywall, and wood. Art and his team worked with our insurance company and us to repair and restore in a swift and efficient manner. We were up and running again in time for visiting family! We had a major flood at our house recently, and Servpro was there right away to help. Angel showed up almost immediately to start the estimate for the demolition, and he was incredibly kind and understanding given how stressful everything was. The demolition itself was quick and efficient, they really knew what they were doing. Once it came time to set up repairs, John took over and was fantastic to work with. He was super responsive, checked in regularly, and even followed up after everything was done to make sure we were happy with the results. Both Angel and John were professional, personable, and made a tough situation much easier to deal with. I’d absolutely use Servpro again if I ever need this kind of help in the future. Highly recommend them.
