We had a very disappointing experience with this water mitigation company. Before any workers were sent to evaluate the damage, we were asked to sign a contract and were verbally told that the amount listed was not the actual charge and that the final cost would align with what insurance typically covers. Relying on those statements, we signed. The final bill later turned out to be dramatically higher—nearly 6 times the cost quoted by other reputable companies—and our insurance company refused to pay due to the excessive and unreasonable pricing. The insurance company also attempted to contact the company multiple times to request clarification and justification for the charges, but those inquiries were ignored. In addition, the quality of the work performed was poor and did not meet our expectations. Despite the disputed charges and lack of transparency, the company is now pursuing us directly for payment. We are actively pursuing resolution through formal disputes and consumer protection channels and would strongly caution others to obtain multiple estimates, insist on a proper on-site evaluation, and get all pricing terms clearly documented in writing before signing anything.
