I just wanted to give a shout out to Jack who came out to check out whether we had mold or not. He was awesome! Friendly, interested in teaching us what we should be looking for, and great at suggesting what it might be while being clear that it was hard to say for sure (but that it wasn’t mold). I’ll be referring Restoration 1 to everyone who needs someone for this type of work. My friend who is a realtor recommended them to me, and she has very high standards, so I wasn't surprised when they were amazing.

I am so happy that I was able to get Georg and his team to get the water damage resolved. The ceiling in our basement had fallen due to water leakage and there were signs of water in the hardwood floor as well. I got initial estimates from 3 other companies in the area and they were way overpriced. Georg kept everything to the point and was very informative in getting this resolved asap. Working with Georg and his team will make you wish that all contractors were like them.

Excellent service! The next door neighbors had a leak and it found its way into our house. It was a nightmare scenario. The guys at R1 were amazing. They not only dealt with the water and mold, they left a very clean ready to repair product. Their guidance and professional advice has saved me so much money and made this whole ordeal so much more manageable. They helped me deal with my insurance and guided me through the whole process! They were timely and very professional. I can’t say that I have encountered many people who do business as honestly as these folks. I can’t recommend them highly enough! The pictures don’t do the work they did justice, they left the space immaculate and ready for repairs!

Restoration 1 was hugely helpful and instrumental in helping us to remediate and sell our home after a home inspection brought up the concern of water damage and possible mildew/mold growth. The operations manager, George Schwartz, was exceedingly responsive to our needs and came over to provide a quote and recommendations the same evening I called him. We decided to do a complete mold remediation to ensure that our buyers would not have any concerns and could move into our home with the reassurance that the bathroom was mold remediated. George communicated well via email and text. Our job was scheduled and completed in record time so that we could replace tile before our closing. All work was done professionally and thoroughly. I highly recommend this company for remediation of any water damage or mold issues.
