Miguel and his crew were able to complete a job very quickly in a home that had water damage due to a leak in the ice maker line to the refrigerator. He completed the estimate quickly and over to insurer. He was able to start job that weekend after insurer approved the bid. It had to be completed quickly due to home being under contract and closing on Nov 10. The job was completed in twelve days and done with care. All new flooring was installed on main level, drywall repairs in basement and carpet dried, stretched, and cleaned. I as the listing agent for the home appreciated his timely communication, work ethic, and understanding of the situation. Thank you Miguel!

If i could leave them Zero stars i would!! My ceiling was leaking and got in the wall. Paul Davis put me in contact with Irving which is a terrible employee jerking me around with the times that the teams were meant to be there. They left a hole in my ceiling for months and made me sleep in my living room for almost over a month. When it was time to do the reconstruction Paul Davis was supposed to contact the property manager for permits. After a long wait i contacted the property manager myself just to find out Paul Davis never contacted them for the permits. The property manager send a different contractor and got it fixed from Thursday to Saturday. Terrible communication and service from Paul Davis

Dan Sears was great to work with. He was the project manager and was very pleasant on the phone and got back to us quickly if he missed a call. It took a little longer than expected to schedule the renovation, but the renovation team did great work.

From their immediate emergency response to a flood in our home, through the entire process of reconstruction, the Paul Davis team did an incredible job! Of particular note was Hassan Malik who served as Project Manager. His engaged communication, quick response to questions and concerns, solid recommendations, selection of quality sub-contractors, and follow-through ensured the project was completed to a high standard. My experience with Hassan Malik and his team was excellent! I had a leak in my attic which resulted in a large hole in my kitchen ceiling and damaged carpet requiring complete replacement. They were fast, efficient, and professional and I am extremely pleased with the final results. I recommend them unequivocally for any repairs/renovations needed your home.
