NextDay Inspect - Azmi Alkurd

Have to give five stars here. Initially I was a bit hesitant with a large company like NextDay inspect. 2nd house that I have had inspected in 2025. The first company which was local (and recommended by relator) did not go into as much detail or seem to find as many issues in a house that needed much more work. With NextDay, a ~3500 square foot house, I received a roughly 140 page report, with pictures showing the details of everything that needed to be repaired. The house itself is in really good shape. It needs a lot a maintenance items that the current owner just hasn't done. One of the cool things was the thermal imaging checks. Showed that the majority of the house did not have issues. it also showed the radiant flooring not working and where it wasn't working. The inspect was also really nice. Was happy to answer questions and give a "professional opinion" on certain issues that we discussed during the inspection. I know some inspectors do not want to do that in case they are wrong, but even knowing an opinion is helpful. Overall, I would use NextDay again. The other services like pest inspection were also good. The inspector that came out was very similar to NextDays inspector. Did not see or speak with the Radon inspector, so no comment there.
