Maryland Mold and Waterproofing

We recently had a water leak behind the walls in our laundry room that created a mold issue in our crawl space. We contacted up to 10 mold/remediation companies and decided to go with Maryland Mold & Waterproofing. The owner of the company John personally came out to our house and gave us an evaluation and quote. He is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and actually pointed out some issues within our crawl space that the other contractors did not notice. Although there pricing was not the cheapest, the price was fair and within the guidelines of the other quotes, but they provided some additional value as well. They were the only company that could remove and replace the Flex HVAC ducts. All of the other companies requested that we get an outside vendor to take care of the Flex ducts. The workers were prompt and very sensitive to the needs of our repairs and took extra measures to make sure we were satisfied. Maryland Mold & Waterproofing did a great job on our crawl space encapsulation. The entire crew and office staff were outstanding. We’re extremely pleased and highly recommend Maryland Mold & Waterproofing without hesitation. You won't be disappointed!

I called MD Mold. They were out quickly for an estimate. Their price was almost $2,000 less than the competition so based on other reviews, we went with them. They came out and had the job done in two days before the month was out. There was not mess as they cleaned up all of the old debris that came out of the space. Highly recommend!

Nick was honest, professional, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable on the best ways to resolve our issue. He was quick to diagnose the cause and provide solutions that were most effective and economical. Since our problem was already fixed as far as the water source that was causing problems and the spotting that developed in our basement is more easily treatable than we realized, he gave us a recommendation to spray the area and grade the soil along that wall. He eased our concerns regarding mold and explained what to look out for that would necessitate waterproofing/remediation. I highly recommend working with Nick at MD Mold and Waterproofing! Bonus - Nick was very dog friendly and even went the extra mile to make our skiddish dog comfortable!

John and team were so knowledgeable and helped us with a surprise issue that was discovered while we were under contract to sell out house.
