This review is a couple months overdue, but I can’t say enough good things about Madison Taylor Environmental and especially John. I had just bought my home when I had a major sewer backup, and it felt like a total crisis. John came right in, explained everything clearly, and you could tell right away he had a lot of knowledge about dealing with Cat 3 sewer water damage. That gave me peace of mind knowing he was making sure everything was safe and completely clean. After calling so many companies, they were the only ones who got to me the fastest during this crisis and immediately started the mitigation process after all the companies like “SERVPRO” said they couldn’t get to my home to start clean up for another two weeks. Sewer water in home for two weeks? Unacceptable. But, Madison Taylor Environmental came to my rescue. He and his team got to work right away and handled everything quickly and efficiently. When I came back after the mitigation, my basement smelled a hundred percent better, everything was dry, and the space was spotless. It was such a huge relief. John was very patient through the whole process, answered all of my questions, and really went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening. His crew was so nice and professional, and they treated my home with respect. They left everything clean and did an excellent job from start to finish. I’m honestly so grateful for the work they did. If anyone needs mitigation done, especially in a stressful emergency, I highly recommend Madison Taylor Environmental. They know what they’re doing, and they really care about their clients. I had the pleasure of speaking with John today, and he was very honest and professional regarding a recent home inspection report on my house stating there was mold but the mold analysis report shows that my house was 100% clean and free of mold in the air. John stated that a full house inspection would be needed to be complete by a certified mold company such as his to be conclusive about the real evidence of mold or not. I can tell he had dealt with a lot of customers like myself that had a bad home inspection report , and really appreciated his honesty and advice. I would recommend to all of my State Farm customers in the future

John Taylor and the employees with Madison Taylor were very responsive to my request and concern and acted quickly. The human compassion level, in addition to the expert services provided, were so much appreciated. I had no idea how to navigate a mold exposure. Without John’s guidance and concerns I do not know where I would be. Further, I had an electrician and plumber do some after work in my crawl space. They asked who had done the remediation, as they were highly impressed with the total quality of work Johns crew had performed (best they had ever seen) and wanted to refer their own clients to Madison Taylor.
