Nick (manager at Dick's) was awesome! I brought my daughter's bike (which I purchased from Dick's) in for service because the chain was popping off. I expected to have to leave the bike but Nick repaired the chain and did an overall service on the bike while there (refilled the tires, lubed the seat and chain, and adjusted the breaks - none of which I asked for but VERY much appreciated). Nick is a real asset to Dick's and as a result, I'll 100% shop there whenever I can! Thank you, Nick.

I’ve had several bad experiences at this store, especially with the manager, Raj. Most recently, I came in to return a bicycle for my kids. When I bought it, an employee told me I could return a lightly used bike within 48 hours. I wasn’t feeling well, but I still managed to come back within that time. Instead of helping, Raj gave me attitude, was dismissive, and acted like he didn’t take the situation seriously at all. This isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble here. On a past visit, I asked about shoes in a size 5, and Raj just pointed in a direction instead of actually helping me find them. The rest of the staff isn’t much better — most of the time they’re standing around, looking at the door, on their phones, or chatting with each other. The store is usually empty, but they still don’t seem interested in helping customers. Customer service just isn’t a priority here. If the staff doesn’t want to help, they might as well replace them with self-checkout machines. I won’t be coming back, and I honestly think corporate needs to take a hard look at the management.

Worst experience EVER!! I can't believe how terrible the customer service was at Dick's Sporting Goods. I tried to return a brand-new bike just a few days after purchase because it wasn't the right fit for my son—turns out, mountain bikes are not something you can easily figure out in a few rides. But the staff, especially Raj, was unbelievably rude and completely unhelpful. He refused the return, even though the receipt clearly states you have 30 days. Instead, he arbitrarily claimed there was a "24-hour return policy"—a policy they never even mentioned when I bought the bike. It’s impossible to know within 24 hours if a bike fits! To make matters worse, Raj wouldn’t budge on anything, showing zero understanding or customer care. I will NEVER shop here again and would strongly advise anyone to stay away from buying bikes at this store. The whole experience was beyond frustrating, and it's clear they don’t care about their customers.

Terrible customer service. Ran into a store employee today who was not helpful at all in finding what I was looking for. He also left abruptly in the middle of our encounter without finding any solution. He left the poorly trained girl at the counter wondering what to do about the situation. I had to leave without getting what I wanted because of the lack of service. Unprofessional and untrained. Hope this place turns into something better as it's usually empty. And has anyone noticed how no one is responding from the company to any of the negative reviews on Google? That shows you how much they care.
