DICK'S Sporting Goods

Store hours are 9 am- 7pm on Sundays. Visited at 4:30 pm on a Sunday to go buy a bike and could not buy a bike nor test out bike sizes because the bike specialist with the keys is not in. Regular store associates cannot access the bikes nor sell the bikes. Is the bike section a seperate srore from Dick's Sporting Goods? If it is, then that fact is not advertised with the specific hours that you can buy a bicycle. Cannot understand why the manager onsite cannot even access this product for customers. Made a special trip to buy, but left with nothing.

I read the reviews and decided to come in. Sebastian at the footwear department was PROFESSIONAL and gave me the time and space to try out the shoes I purchased. I was feeling alittle off about how the shoes felt but Sebastian reassured me with his knowledge about the shoe. The cashier elenore was very attentive. Colin has alittle bit of an issue but it’s all good!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this store was frustrating enough that I feel the need to share. I came in with a simple exchange request and was immediately met with attitude from the store manager. He was short, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in helping customers. What surprised me most was how unprofessional and confrontational he became over a very straightforward issue. I had a receipt, the item was unused, and still, he seemed annoyed that I was even asking questions. He wouldn’t explain the process clearly, and when I asked for clarification, he became defensive and started raising his voice. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially with other customers around. I watched him speak to others in the store the same way—like we were inconveniencing him just by being there. There was a clear lack of basic customer service. No patience, no respect, and certainly no accountability. It’s one thing to say no to a request, but it’s another to act like you’re above the people you’re supposed to be helping. I ended up going to another location, where the staff were polite, knowledgeable, and handled my request in minutes with no issue. The contrast between the two stores was night and day. If this is how the manager treats customers, I can only imagine how things operate behind the scenes. I won’t be returning to this location. Do yourself a favor and visit a different branch where they actually value their customers.

I always like visiting this store, reminds me of being a kid and checking out all the new sports equipment. Sometimes I find myself roaming around the store and checking out the sports equipment I have never used or seen up close before, such as field hockey. It's always nice to see so many great sports under one roof. Hockey is definitely the only sport here that is under represented.

Dear Karen (you mentioned you’re the store manager, so I’m directing this review to you), When a manager shows a dismissive attitude toward customer concerns, it unfortunately sets the tone for the rest of the team. One of your associates immediately told me you didn’t carry the product I was looking for without even letting me finish what I was looking for. We had been checking multiple stores and were hopeful Dick’s would have it. Thankfully, another associate nearby took initiative and said, “Let’s look.” We found four different brand options on the shelf. (I hope you appreciate your hardworking customer centered associates like her). When on my way out, I tried to let the first associate know, thinking it might help her assist future customers, she brushed it off with, “I’m cashier.” You were present during this interaction and reflected the same indifference. I hope your supervisor demonstrates a more customer-centered approach than what I experienced from you and your associate. We are happy to have Dick's in our neighborhood and hope the service improves.
