I ordered a Mongoose BMX bike for my son. The store allowed me to check in while I was in the parking lot, then when I walked in the front door, a man asked me if I was there for the bike and directed me to the bike area. The bike tech explained that all bikes come professionally assembled but I asked if I could have it in box because I needed to hide it for Christmas. He gladly got me a boxed bike and explained some of the trickier parts of the assembly and 2 items he thought I should get (pedal wrench and bike grease), then said I could bring it in if I had any trouble assembling it, then carried it all the way to my car. Absolutely happy with my purchase and the service. Thank you.

2nd time buying Kayaks at Dick's, great store! We needed a specific model, Jared really went out of his way to help us. Even assisted loading the boats into our truck. Rick schooled us on some water safety procedures while checking out. Great people working here!
