8NOV.2025 Nice visit and seconds as I was in the store a young man asked if I needed help. I thoroughly enjoyed this prompt service. Found what I needed, checked out with ease. The store is well stocked, very clean, organized and easy to shop. Great to see a lot of customer service representatives on duty durning the mid morning.

⭐️ I’m extremely disappointed with how a price match was handled at this location. I was trying to purchase The North Face Apex Bionic 3 Jacket (black), which was priced in-store at $159.99. The exact same jacket is being sold for $119.95 (roughly $40 off) at Bass Pro Shop and Cabela’s, and I was also able to find it at the same price from other legitimate retailers using the exact same product photos and listing details. The only issue I ran into was that the black color in my size was sold out on Cabela’s at the moment, which is understandable during the holidays. However, the jacket itself is clearly being discounted elsewhere, and I was able to show legitimate listings for the same size and color at $119.95. Despite this, the manager refused to price match, stating they don’t honor certain sites and would not match listings they didn’t approve of, even when the item was clearly identical. There was no effort to help resolve the situation or escalate it, just repeated refusals. For context, this occurred around 7:30 PM on Friday, December 12. I didn’t get the manager’s name, but she was a short female manager with curly dark hair. The interaction felt unusually adversarial, as though she was actively looking for reasons not to honor the price match rather than trying to help. It felt like she was going out of her way not to assist instead of working toward a solution. I shop at Dick’s specifically because of their price-match policy, and I’ve never had this much pushback over what should have been a straightforward request. I ultimately paid about $170 with tax for a jacket that is widely available for $119.95 elsewhere. This experience was frustrating and felt inconsistent with how price matching has been handled for me in the past. I’m hoping someone from management reviews this, because this situation was handled poorly.

High end store with good stock and clean interior. Everything you would expect in a Dick's store! Solid product

Employees outnumber customers 3:1 here, but cashiers rush through transactions to finish their conversations with coworkers. Everything is overpriced, rewards expire in a month, just not worth it. Look here, buy online.
