Since remodeling it’s all tailored to organized sports gear. Can’t buy hiking boots, tents, backpack or much of anything related to true outside natural sports at the store… so if you’re an outdoorsman this is not a good fit. You have to go on line for that. They have a small climbing wall but good luck finding climbing gear! So if you play youth sports, golf, or use gyms and don’t care what it cost and need it quick this is your place. Not happy of course with the direction the store went.

Zero Star run away from this place. No Sweat Protection Plan is a scam. They will find any excuse not to fix your bike, forcing you to pay extra even after you bought their insurance. Do not buy insurance or bikes from this place. Go to a real bike shop instead. Their products are poor quality, and they’ll easily blame how your child uses the bike to deny coverage. The reason we got the insurance was because we didn’t buy the bike to sit and collect dust in the garage. My son only rides it on the street, yet they claimed he was “abusing” the bike without any proof. They ask you questions and then twist your answers to make it seem like you’re at fault so they can refuse the claim and make you pay out of pocket. This place should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers.

A little pricey here, not gonna lie. Pretty much everything you see you can get on Amazon for ATLEAST 15% cheaper 🤷🏼‍♂️ Shoes are no longer in boxes for you to try on, so you have to ask somebody to bring ONE pair from the back to try on EVERYTIME... man I miss the old days 😔 All the staff are nice and the girls working the front always give me a discount 🏷️ :)

For anyone looking for workout equipment or anything that requires delivery and/or assembly, please avoid using Dick’s. If I could give them and their delivery company (AIT) a negative score, I would. On 10/28, I purchased a Nordictrak treadmill from Dick’s. I guess I should have realized there was an issue when no one in the store knew how to get the treadmill operational. Despite this, I purchased the treadmill, a warranty, and their outsourced delivery and assembly service through AIT. I also purchased the service to remove our old treadmill. The cost for this was a little more than $2700. AIT did not reach out regarding delivery, so I called them. They arranged delivery for 10/31 between 12-4. This was attempt #1. At 2:45 p.m. on 10/31, I received a call and a text that due to “unforeseen circumstances” the delivery was rescheduled for 10/31 between 4-8. This was attempt #2. I called and said I could only wait until 5 and an 8 hour delivery window was not acceptable. They rescheduled delivery for the following Friday at a time TBD. This was attempt #3. The day before this delivery, they rescheduled due to “unforeseen circumstances” for Saturday, 11/8, between 10-1. This was attempt #4. AIT was a no show and no call on 11/8. I don’t understand how AIT stays in business. During this ordeal, I reached out to Dick’s for help since this is where I made the purchase. I called the evening of 11/6 and spoke to someone covering because I was told there were no managers working. I asked for a manager to call me the next day. On 11/7, no one from Dick’s called me back. I called again and spoke to Chris, a manager, and I asked if he got my message. He did. I guess he didn’t think it was important to call the customer back. I relayed my concerns and how inconvenienced I was and he said he would call the senior management at AIT because this was unacceptable and he would call me back. I never heard from him again. After the Saturday delivery by AIT on 11/8 was a no show and the fourth scheduled time, I went to Dick’s for a full refund. Then, I went to Johnson Fitness and Wellness and purchased the same treadmill for the same price with exceptional customer service. I wish I had gone there in the first place. They employ their own delivery people and do not outsource like Dick’s. Also, they actually have extensive knowledge about the treadmills they sell. I will never shop at Dick’s again. They couldn’t care less about the customer.

I was looking for some cleats for my son, to play lacrosse. The store is beautiful. Don't get me wrong. That were 4 associates on the sales floor next to the shoe department. I'm not sure if they were having a meeting or if they were having a personal conversation I asked for help. One of them answered before I could even get my question out and said wait ✋️ a minute. I said okay She took so long. I had to go ask someone else to help me. With that being said, they have a great selection. So unfortunately I have to go back when I need more sports equipment.
