We had a sewage backup in our basement on Monday, and our plumber recommended Clean Sweep for restoration. Within just three hours, Rob and his crew arrived and immediately got to work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process to us. Throughout the cleanup, they were respectful of our home and property and worked diligently each day to ensure everything was properly dried and cleaned. Kaden,Jayden and Brady came today from clean sweep enterprises. These gentlemen did an exceptional job cleaning up a water heater "gone bad" scenario. They were extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Everything was explained in detail where I was able to understand the entire process. You’d be surprised how many contractors don’t do that. Josh was the lead on my project. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and neat. Josh was able to explain what they were doing every step of the way in a way that I understood.At the end of the day, the worksite was always clean and clear.
