Activate Games

We had so much fun! If you are looking for something, fun, different, and active to do then this is definitely the place! I went with my 8yr old daughter and we did all the rooms. We were greeted and helped by the staff which was so friendly and informative! It's the perfect place for family, couples, and groups! We drove 3 hours for this and it was well worth it! We will definitely be back & book double sessions!

LOVEEEEEE! Hubby planned a date night to activate. One of the best date nights. Got our workout in, and had some nice laughs. Peep our little basket ball heart! Definitely going back and with friends! The max per room is about 5-6 people. Something to consider.

If you’re looking for something different to do in Katy, Activate is absolutely worth checking out. It’s addictive, challenging, and a guaranteed good time.

We had so much fun at Activate Katy. There’s so many different variations of each game and levels of each variation which keeps it challenging each time you visit. Jeffrey was so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to come back.

My coworker recommended Activate Games, and I’m so glad we went! I was originally considering another similar game place, but after doing some research, Activate seemed like it had more to offer—and it definitely delivered. We had a group of four (two adults and two 14-year-olds), and all of us had a blast. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out waivers, but that only took a few minutes. After that, we had to wait a bit since check-in doesn’t open until closer to your scheduled time. Once you’re checked in, you get a wristband for gameplay and one person in your group gets a locker band for your belongings. There are several game rooms to rotate through, and we stayed active the entire 75 minutes. My personal favorites were basketball and the mega grid. They recommend wearing athletic shoes, and I totally see why—you’re constantly moving and breaking a sweat! I’d also suggest wearing comfy or athletic clothes. Each game lasts about a minute and a half, and the wait time between games was never more than 2–3 minutes. If no one is waiting behind you, you can even replay a game (though that only happened once since we went during a busy time). Literally no complaints. We’ll definitely be going back!
