This Y has a strange layout, I think because it's older. The women's workout room is tiny, dark, and has limited machines. The workout rooms and changing rooms themselves are clean. I'm giving it 3 stars because I asked the person at the check in desk if I could have a tour. She pointed me to the map and asked what I was looking for. She gave me vague instructions and turned to talk to someone else. Later, while working out in the dimly lit women's room that feels a bit like an afterthought, I noticed people coming in with Y employees...doing tours. I am a regular at the Robinhood location and I see people getting tours alllllllllll the time. I feel like I was pushed aside. It's not a good look, especially when I have proof that others get tours.

Very nice people and staff there a lot of things to do there plus if don’t make your school basketball team you can make it at the YMCA

My family got a ymca membership for the first time earlier this month. We've been to a few locations, but this one is closest to us. It's nothing special. But its not bad either. We've been here to swim twice now. And I don't think we will be returning, at least not to this location. We arrived this evening to swim and the pool is temporarily closed due to the weather (lightning). We wait like 30 minutes, the weather subsides, and they open the pool back up. Its not a small pool, but well over half of the pool is swimming lanes. So there's already not a lot of room. We swim a while and I notice an instructor roping off one area of the pool for swimming lessons, maybe 1/4 of the space we had to swim. She's polite, chipper, and let's us know we can swim on the other side that isn't roped off. A few minutes go by we're swimming, having a good time, I turn around and there's another instructor, a thin, older(40-50) white lady with a pool rope in her hand, she tells me and my kids to move. I let her know the other instructor told us to swim in this area. She continues to tells us to move over and over. "I'm setting up my rope, move." Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe she spoke that way because we weren't her clients. This is not only unproffesional, it's unecessary, and unwarranted. Not only was she rude to my children and me, her roping off this area cut the swimming space by half and cramped about 15 people into a small space. I got so overwhelmed we left. On my way out I mentioned my interaction with this instructor to the lifeguard. She let me know immediately that this isn't the first time this has happened and just yesterday she was rude to another kid. The lifeguard also told me a mix of: she's not always like that, she has a second job, she's tired, she needs a vacation, etc. If your establishment is aware this woman is a problem, then it is your responsibility to fix it. The next person she interacts with this way may not be so forgiving.

This Y wanna be on sum b.s. Always new rules. Also they says nothing until now. Ain’t never have to have 1on1 with me. I’m going somewhere else. I want my membership cancel. I’ll just go to planet fitness. I’m advised everyone not to go this place. It’s needs remodel the ceilings look like crap. Most of their workout machines be outta order. Even the Indoor tennis courts look like crap. Idc anymore Im through with place. These staffs pissed me off. They did great a job to waste my time. I hop this place gets outta business. I’m swear this place ruined everybody joy

The staff are rude and unhelpful. When you call, you can’t get ahold of anyone. The facility is very dated. I’m unimpressed and will bring my business elsewhere.
