Veterans Memorial Park

We attended a Friday night concert series with music by Elton John and Billy Joel. The concert shell is an interesting design. The sound was really good and the band played very well. We genuinely enjoyed ourselves.

Great playground and splash pad.. my kids enjoy coming here.. BBQ grills available also.

One of the most attractive parks in Monroe County. Always a lot going on at park. There are tennis courts 🎾basketball courts 🏀 softball 🥎 baseball ⚾️ fields. Football 🏈 field. Big playground 🛝 for kids. Cabins for family events. Hiking 🥾 trail for those who want to just walk or jog for exercise. Plenty of space for biking 🚴‍♀️ as well. Great place to walk your dog 🐕 too. Many public events take place at park throughout the year. Recognized as having one of the best ( if not the best) Fourth of July Fireworks 💥 show in Monroe County.

We had a great time. It rain but later the sun came out. It was a graduation picnic for two young ladies.. Nice and clean. We played volleyball. Listen to music and ate food it was beautiful.

Very nice playground. Mulched. Lots of equipment for all ages. Picnic tables, Gazebo and pavilions available. Dog friendly, but owners are expected to keep pets leashed and cleaned up after. There are restrooms with hand dryers and changing tables. Plenty of parking. Trash receptacles. Shady and grassy areas for hot days. In walking distance to senior rec center, henrietta rec center, library and Calkins Rd Wegmans. Easy to get to from exoressway.
