I am disappointed at the customer service here. We brought a voucher to play pickleball here on a Sunday afternoon and the front desk receptionist did not accept it. We asked the day prior and were informed it was okay. We asked to talk to the supervisor who asked us to leave without hearing our story. Even after explaining, the manager said we still could not use the voucher. The explanation was the worker was not familiar to their policy and provided incorrect information. We were not disrespectful or rude. This is my first time here and I was interested in potentially becoming a member. Now, I know I will not be revisiting this location. We were the only group playing pickleball at this time. There were 3 open courts. Please feel free to reach back out to me if you have any questions.

You can buy a non member open play pass on their website but there is no way to actually use it.
