Picklr in Newark is an amazing place for pickleball! The facility is clean, welcoming, and has a fresh, modern look. The staff are friendly, helpful, and they even know most of the members by name — which makes the whole experience feel personal and inviting. The courts are well-maintained and the atmosphere is always fun and energetic. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, Picklr is definitely worth checking out. Highly recommend!

I'm excited about the fantastic new addition to the Compass at The Grove area! I can't wait to start playing pickleball in this amazing space, which features 12 courts, showers, a store, and relaxing areas. Picklr also incorporates AI technology in most of their courts to help you improve your skills. They even have automatic ball throwers for those who want to practice alone. What I find incredible is that the membership includes four classes per month at no extra cost, and you can sign up for unlimited play and various programs—like date night! This is an awesome place to meet new people, join leagues, and participate in friendly competitions. Players of all skill levels are welcome. I’m really looking forward to this opening!

Awesome Facility. Has 12 Courts, Lounge Chairs and Tables, Banquet Room for Parties, and plenty of space to lounge / bring your kids in a comfy fashion i.e. your kids can have fun playing and lounging while you do open play :-). Unlimited Open Play which means you can come as many times as you want. Also includes Free Clinics and also you can book your own court up to 7 days in advance. The User Experience for Booking open play and clinics is great with their App i.e. easy to follow. They also have a large social presence on their Team Reach App (i.e. Facebook for Pickleball) with daily communication and engagement from the management/staff and also the members. This is great because it builds community and it helps get questions answered immediately. Most importantly, the staff has outstanding customer service. Friendly, warm/welcoming, really listens to the voice of the customer with adjusting programs, times, and courts and trys to make the member experience top notch. The members are great as well. Everyone is friendly to play with as well as their can be some exciting / competitive games if your advanced i.e. there's an option for everyone: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced whether it be Round Robins, Tournaments, DUPR Nights, and Leagues. Shout out to Liam the manager and Jen. Always on top of things, wants to create a great member experience and they run a tight ship.

Great place to play! Love that it’s one price per month, with clinics included. I’m saving money and having a lot of fun. The clinics and coaches are awesome. I can’t say enough good things about all of the staff members, they are the nicest people.

I love all the social open plays and friendly round robins offered at Picklr - it's a fantastic place for fellow pickleball addicts to convene. The free group clinics (four per month!) are also fabulous. They offer everything from beginner to advanced lessons, and most are two hours long. The owners and general manager, Liam, are super helpful and go out of their way to make sure everyone has a good time. Love it here!
