The Lodge at St Edward State Park Pickleball Gym

My family stayed here and had a wonderful time. The lodge has an adult classy and comfortable vibe that is perfect for a short romantic getaway. The on-site restaurants and bars well surpassed our expectations. The state park is beautiful with lots of lovely trails and private-feeling beaches. There are lots of things that make it kid friendly as well - mainly the onsite playground and access to out door activities. The pickleball courts are a fun addition, but I would far prefer a pool (which apparently used to be there). More/better fire pit space for enjoying outdoor seating would really elevate the experience. I never saw the spa area because they were booked up. I don’t know why virtually no hotel has yet figured out how to meet the supply and demand curve.
