The worst lightening and court with patches Lights are so bad its blinding, Courts are uneven , trip hazard. Courts not high enough, Its a warehouse type of structure so birdies hit the roof and HVAC unit in the “ open court” thats what you get wit a 65$ monthly passes. Even with monthly passes, You still cant play coz there a waiting period People with reservations always occupy. Also, Restroom Doors don’t lock So if You’re in their in the middle of “business” Expect some random people to walk right in. Happens a lot
The quality of their service has noticeably declined. The staff appears undertrained and fails to communicate important details, especially regarding court timings. We walked in at 9:10 PM and paid $14 per person, yet no one informed us that play was only permitted until 10:00 PM. At 10:00 PM, we were abruptly asked to leave and told that if we had booked the court until 11:00 PM, we could have stayed. Why wasn’t this explained upfront? We paid a total of $56, whereas booking the court directly would have only cost $34. People choose this venue for convenience, but if the current service continues, it’s likely to affect their reputation and ratings negatively.
Decent place as a last resort if it's raining, otherwise play elsewhere. The PB court is very poorly designed. The lines don't make sense, courts are too close together, and there is not enough space on the sides or in the back to properly play. Way too expensive for the quality of court.
Disappointing Experience – Declining Quality Over Time This place used to be great, but unfortunately, the quality has steadily gone downhill. Despite submitting multiple complaints, we’ve seen no improvements. The court maintenance is terrible — the floors are dirty, there are tears and gaps between the joints, making it dangerous to play, especially during intense games. A couple of friends have suffered ankle injuries and had to take months off to recover. The mats are patched up with visible tape everywhere. One of the A/C units has been out of service for over 7 months. Every time we ask about it, we’re given vague or silly excuses. Even when the other units are working, they frequently turn them off mid-game, leaving only the fans running — which isn’t enough, especially in the Texas heat. We have to constantly ask them to turn the A/C back on, and again, we get the same excuses before they adjust the temperature slightly. Despite all these issues, they’ve increased both membership fees and court reservation costs. Meanwhile, the facility remains poorly maintained. They continue to run tournaments and summer camps, seemingly more focused on generating revenue than on maintaining basic standards. The only reason many of us still go is to meet and play with friends in the area. Otherwise, this has become one of the worst places for badminton. If you have alternatives, I’d recommend avoiding it.
I’m a regular member at Texas Badminton and Pickleball Court, and I absolutely love coming here every day! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and a fantastic place to play with family and friends. A special shout-out to Chay at the front desk — he’s always incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming whenever I visit. His support makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great environment to enjoy badminton and pickleball!
