Andrew replace the my Pickleball bag immediately under the warranty. Also, they gave me a grace period to return my old bag after I come back from 2 months trip. I’m enjoying my Pickleball bag as I travel around the Thailand.
World class warranty process for the Boomstik. I submitted my claim for a loose edge guard, it was approved within 2 days and the paddle arrives a week after the warranty claim. Excellent and speedy customer service.
Selkirk should provide warranty to buyers outside of the US as the bad quality from their Boomstik range is a known defect. This has been shared in many platforms & will share mine too.
Great products and great support. I have 3 Selkirk paddles and love them all. Had one that made some noise and they offered me an upgrade to latest model for a reasonable cost.
So far, my communications with the Selkirk company exceed expectations - I was blown away with the personal service I received via e-mail to discuss different topics pertaining to their paddles and items. It was a nice surprise in this day and age of AI and automated responses - to be connected with one of their actual reps, one who I could tell DID care about Selkirk, and their customers experience with their paddles and products. Nicely done!
