Route 16 Pickleball

My boyfriend and I are super new to pickleball and reserved a court today just to practice the basics and Mike was so great. Not only did he give us helpful pointers and extend our time slot, but ended our session by playing a game with us! Facility was super nice and clean. Thank you again and we will be back :)

I’ve never experienced anything like this before. After leaving a genuine, honest review about my experience at Route 16 Pickleball, the manager, Mike, decided to ban me from the facility. Instead of addressing my concerns, he personally insulted me, even going as far as telling me I “wasn’t a man.” Absolutely ridiculous for someone in a managerial position. It’s clear this place isn’t about providing a welcoming or professional atmosphere — more like "Mike’s Backyard Temple" where only his rules matter. If you want to be treated with respect, look elsewhere. There are plenty of pickleball spots with professional staff and a much better vibe. Stay away unless you're looking for a personal power trip disguised as a sports facility.

Fabulous place to play pickleball! Open play days are available and you can also reserve court times to play with a group of your friends. Very clean environment. Staff are extremely friendly and will fill in if you need another player in your group. Very helpful to new players as they learn the game and develop skills. Kudos to Mike for building this positive environment in our community!!

We had a great time tonight, reserved a court for four of us. Very clean facility. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Definitely will be back 🙂

Great place to learn and compete at different levels of skilled players playing together. Rotating courts and mixing players makes you better. Note ( Players who play erratically and are over aggressive are asked to play respectfully or then are asked to leave.) This is a great policy they enforce.
