Rollingwood YMCA

This YMCA location offers variety of equipment and activities ranging from treadmills to indoor and out door swimming pools. They have also big tennis courts outside behind the main building . The facility is old and needs renovation but the services is satisfactory There was a polite and helpful African American lady namely Brenda who Went above and below for customers and impressed me. Lastly they offer free admission to pools and gym on Wednesdays in summer 2023. Who doesn’t like free admission ?

I thoroughly enjoy all the instructors with their variety of exercises,upbeat instruction, motivation,and music! I lack motivation so attending classes gets me going. They have such a variety of upper body,core,lower body and cardio that it's never boring. I especially appreciate when they demonstrate modifications and more those for more advanced....I'm the modification!

I signed up and paid for my 11-year-old to participate in a Junior Golf Clinic that was advertised on the Rollingwood YMCA website. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the front desk staff had no idea what I was talking about. The employee went upstairs to check, came back down, and still couldn’t provide any answers—because there was no manager on duty at the time. Eventually, the front staff messaged there lead member who informed him that there was no Junior Golf Clinic at this location, despite it being listed online. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing—not just for me, but especially for my child who was excited to participate. I understand that mistakes happen, but this felt like a serious lapse in communication and organization. If you’re going to advertise a program and accept payment, there should be clear follow-through and accountability. I hope the YMCA takes steps to ensure this kind of confusion doesn’t happen to other families.

I am familiar with almost all of the equipment, and I've found nothing so far that is missing. Very good atmosphere and ambiance here. Always enjoyable to be here. I like sitting out in the sun, and it's easy out by the pool

I enjoyed there Zumba class inside there heated swimming pool. Enjoy there balance and chair yoga classes. Enjoyed the training coach that showed me how to use the equipments inside the gym.
