Queen Elizabeth Park in Vancouver is a beautiful, well-maintained park with lush greenery and stunning views of the city and mountains. Entry is free, but the Bloedel Conservatory has a small fee. The park features a variety of trees, including maples, cedars, and pines, and is especially lovely in spring and summer. One of the best spots in the park offers a breathtaking view of Vancouver city and the surrounding mountains. For dining, Seasons in the Park offers upscale meals with a great view, while casual cafes and picnic spots are also available. Clean washrooms and accessible paths make it a convenient and enjoyable place for all. A must go place in Vancouver!

The facilities themselves are in good shape, but the signage is terrible. There's no way to tell how to get in and out and even though the courts are numbered, you can't really tell. And again, there's no signage to let you know how to get from one numbered court to another. There should be simple map or something on each side showing the entrances and how the courts are laid out. Knowing where the entrances are would help people to exit closer to where their car is parked. And knowing how get around on the inside without getting dirty looks from the pickleballers because you accidentally walked into their court trying to find the exit. I don't think it would cost that much money to add a little bit more wayfinding for new visitors to the tennis courts. I came for my first class and walked all the way around and someone had to help me find the court that I needed to get to.

The City website said there's a tennis practice wall but it turned out to be a tiny one maybe big enough for 1 person and in between the pickle ball courts so the pickle ball players turned it into their little picnic area with chairs and banners.

Easy street parking in the neighborhood. Clean courts available with fair drop in system. Everyone that plays there follow proper etiquette. Not much shade so it can get very hot though!

I had an amazing experience learning how to play pickleball at these courts! Nestled on a high ground, the facility features six well-maintained courts that are always buzzing with enthusiastic players. I love the inclusive system that allows you to join in even if you're a single player. While there can be a bit of a wait on sunny days, time flies when you're having fun! Just a tip: make sure to bring plenty of water and some nutritious snacks to keep your energy up between games. Overall, it's a fantastic place to enjoy pickleball and meet great people! Highly recommend! 🎉🏓
