PickleRage is such a fun and lively place to play pickleball! The courts are clean, well-maintained, and spacious, making it perfect for both beginners and experienced players. The staff is super friendly and helpful — they make sure everyone feels welcome and ready to have a great time. I really enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere and how easy it was to reserve a court. The facility is modern, the lighting is great, and the energy from everyone playing just adds to the excitement. Whether you’re coming for a casual game or a competitive match, PickleRage is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay active, meet new people, and have a blast!
I celebrated a milestone birthday at the Pickle Rage in Glen Burnie on January 12, 2025, with family and friends which totaled twenty-five people. Christina and Jeff made the reservation process of the party space and courts very simple. The great support before and during the event by them and their staff was outstanding. Every attendee commented on how great the facility looked. They really enjoyed the seating area and how the multi-height seating overlooked our reserved courts.
I really love playing at Pickle Rage in Glen Burnie! I've only been a few times, but the staff is always wonderful and the facility is always clean and welcoming. My favorite thing about Pickle Rage is the ability to record our games on every court using a QR code displayed on each court and a program they use called "Save my Play." Pickle Rage also has a great pro shop. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from me is because of the lighting (which is almost always an issue at any indoor facility). Depending on the court, some lighting casts terrible shadows which can truly change your reaction time on blocking or countering speed-ups or even playing defense on fast slams. There are also holes in almost all the dry wall walls surrounding the outside courts because people run into them to get balls and go through the wall, I guess. I've never seen it happen with my own eyes, but I assume that's what all the human-sized holes are from, lol. There's just not a TON of space around the outsides of the courts (not atypical for an indoor facility). Still, I love this place and will continue coming back!! It's also SO close to Canton and Baltimore City, and it's not far from Baltimore County (about a 30 minute drive for me from the Middle River area). Try it out!!
Great place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well organized groups to play and fully stocked products to purchase. Easy to find near the BwI airport and you can "save your play" to watch later for improving your game. Why play in the weather when indoor courts available?
Nice courts, nice people. Lights are a bit distracting at times and not enough courts per person during open play. This is particularly challenging when the cap is 32 players and only 4 courts assigned. You are sitting half the time so you always come out cold. And there is often only one Advanced court so you might be sitting 2 for every one you play. Update 9/23/25: the open play problem persists. In fact tonight we were waiting with our paddles for the court labeled Advanced and when the game ended people came on court and said they had reserved it. So they closed the court for open play and now it's just a lot of sitting around again. Update 1/6/25: They have pretty much solved the open play problem and the people are all very nice. Definitely a 5 star place at this point!
