I wanted to take this time to thank you and your staff at Pickled of Woodridge for providing a venue that made my wife Debbie‘s 60th birthday party a success. I called around to several Pickle Ball center locations but found working with you the best experience You were extremely responsive and eager to work with me. Your rates are very reasonable. When we arrived, your staff was very accommodating in helping us get our party stuff into the lounge. They were also very efficient checking in our guests, as well as getting us the things we needed such as balls and paddles. The lounge was nice and clean and a very comfortable place to have food and drinks. We had a group of 30 total. I would definitely recommend your facility to anyone interested in hosting a group party or session for pickle ball.
This place is amazing. The courts are amazing. The owners are great and friendly and go above and beyond for the customers. I came here to learn to play pickleball and have made so many friends here. So glad that I found this place and have really enjoyed my experience here every time I come.
I've been going to Pickled! for several months now, and I'm so glad I did. I play at this facility multiple times a week. They have great staff and the community is really kind too. Whether you're looking for a more social or competitive experience, Pickled offers both. They have open plays and lessons of varying skill levels. The owners are very kind people as well and visit the facility often. I'm addicted to pickleball and I'm lucky to have found a great community! I'm often in open play, so see you on the courts!
BEWARE! MY CREDIT CARD WAS USED FRADULENTLY HERE. I live in California, but when I visit my family in Chicagoland we love to play pickleball together. I was initially very excited to find Pickled and be able to play. In order to book a court online at Pickled, you must sign up for an online account. This online account has sensitive information, including my home address in California and my credit card information. As I understood it, the only way to book a court under my name would have been for me to book a court online. Well, yesterday, while I was leaving my office here in California, I checked my email and noticed that I received a payment receipt for a booking at Pickled Woodridge (the receipt says tendered by Elmer Lopez). I thought this must be a mistake because I am not in Illinois and I did not sign up for a court. So I called Pickled Woodridge numerous times. No answer. This is fairly typical. When I have tried to call them while visiting my family in the past, there is often no answer. Worried about more fraudulent charges, I immediately contacted my credit card company and let them know what happened. I was hosting family at the time and had to take 2 hours out of my day to deal with this issue. Not only that, I am now without a credit card until the new card arrives. I had left a voicemail with Pickled and they did return my call later that day. The first woman I spoke to made it seem like it was my fault for not simply just calling them and asking them to remove the charge. Right, because it is my fault that your company used my credit card fradulently? She put the owner on the phone who admitted that there were TWO failures on their part: one with the booking and one for processing the charge without me physically checking in. Remember, I am in California. They seemed bothered that I had already removed my credit card information from my online account. Well, that is what you do when a company uses your credit card without your permission. I asked to have my online account removed (because you cannot do it without their authorization) and the owner let me know that would be done shortly. I will be checking back daily to ensure my account was removed. This is so frustrating. The company treated this like it was no big deal that someone fraudulently used my credit card and that one of their employees knowingly processed this payment. I would be VERY WARY of leaving my credit card information here. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS and if possible don't leave your credit card information logged in their system. This feels very suspicious to me and I can't help but think that an employee thought, oh well, this person lives in California and will literally never know that I charged her card for a friend. This can and does happen. It has happened to me with other organizations like this. BEWARE.
Excellent indoor pickleball courts with reasonable rates. They did a great job with soundproofing the place...can easily hear the people you're playing with but also hear the music. Courts are well-spaced. I've been playing pickleball since the 90s and have always dreamed of a dedicated set of courts in one place. Right off I-355 so it's a great meeting spot.
