The pickleball courts at West Valley College are a fantastic addition to the campus and a great place for players of all levels. The surface is smooth, well-maintained, and has excellent grip, making every game feel fast-paced and enjoyable. The nets are sturdy and at the perfect height, and the court markings are bright and easy to see. The area is kept very clean, and the surrounding campus setting makes it feel safe and welcoming. Parking is just a short walk away, and there’s enough open space nearby for stretching or warming up. This is easily one of the best public pickleball spots in the South Bay.
Great place for public pick-up pickleball. Plenty of free parking and everyone is quite friendly. I would recommend asking someone when you walk in the rules of the house. They follow a paddle system and it seems like a bunch of regulars. Regardless, I was able to meet people in hop in to play. Most players here are 3.5+.
