Pickleball courts

🙌 The courts are fantastic as expected. The mornings are not too busy yet the evenings get a little wild. Still though, I love it. For anyone new and interested in playing well with others, some etiquette tips: 1. There are separate paddle racks for the north (competitive) and south (recreational) dedicated courts. 🏓 2. It's common in pick up to have round robin with two players who won stay in and split up sides while the two who lost will go out and rack up when a game is finished. 🙏 3. Be a good sport and friendly if you plan on coming back and playing with others. It's a small world. I can speak from personal experience when I say this, it's not a smart idea to make new enemies. 😅 Thank you DG park district for building this right. Looking forward to catching you all out there! 🤙
Many coutts available for tennis and pickleball. Very nice condition and well lit for evening/ playing into the night
I’m brand new to the sport and wow it was a lot of fun. These courts really help amp up the experience as they are really well done. Good surface, good nets, and good lighting for playing at night (when it’s a little cooler in the summertime). Some of the tennis courts have also been converted to pickleball so there’s lots of courts to play on. When we went there was no problem finding a court and we stayed until the lights turned off at about 10 minutes to 10. Definitely recommend!
8 permanent outdoor pickleball courts and another 8 courts are shared with 3 tennis courts, for public to enjoy. At this point, no portable nets are provided, maybe when summer comes, they will be available for use? One more thing, there are lights by the way.
Great set-up and plenty of courts. The dedicated Pickleball Courts filled up quickly on Saturday after lunch - but with the hybrid Pickleball/Tennis Courts, there was enough to accommodate everyone. Players were friendly. Great atmosphere.
