Pickleball Athletic Club - PAC

I have had a wonderful time playing at PAC! The staff is very friendly and come and join the games and give us tips to help us improve our game. Love the Live Ball drill too! So much fun! I’m just a rookie and have already hooked up with a few players and am hooked on this game. The courts are always clean, well lit and AC is very comfortable.

If I could give PAC 10 stars, I would. This club isn’t just a place to play pickleball, it’s a community that feels like family. The facility is absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed — and the dedicated lounge area is the perfect place to relax, hang out between games, or connect with other members. The courts are always in great shape, the drills and open plays are organized, and the energy here is unbeatable. The coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you improve. What really sets PAC apart is the people. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with smiles, laughter, and competitive but supportive games. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, there’s always someone at your level to rally with. I’ve made some of my favorite memories (and friends) here. Joining PAC was one of the best decisions I’ve made. If you’re looking for a stunning, welcoming, motivating, and downright fun pickleball club, PAC is it. 🏓🔥

I joined their PAC AUTUMN tournament and very impressed with the place and the event. They really take care of their players and not just there to make money. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Certainly will look forward to joining their next event!

* Clean Facilities and Friendly Staff. I wanted to share some observations so this reflects multiple perspectives. The one that I notice during open play currently feels quite limited due to the reservation system. While reserving a spot is fine, walk-in players are often restricted when the list is capped. In comparison with other indoor clubs even if open play is busy walk-ins can wait, socialize, and enjoy the environment. Allowing more players to join would make the atmosphere more lively and benefit the club. Players cannot choose who they play with and rotations are fully managed by staff. This prevents friends from playing consistently or using the time for socializing or networking. I’ve noticed amenities like pizza nights, drinks and coffee see little participation likely because players stay focused on the courts due to the structured system. Other clubs using a paddle line system allow players to rotate naturally wait if needed and enjoy the environment. I suggest adopting a similar system at least on some days to allow more flexibility social interaction and variety in matchups while better utilizing the space and amenities.

Great facility with the most friendly staff! I always have a great time playing in this place and have hooked up with a number of players who are as passionate about pickleball as I am. The staff fills in when we don't have enough players and play at our level to make the game competitive and fun. I would be there every day if I could. I'm updating this review to give an example of their great customer service. 8 weeks ago I tore my calf muscle and had to put my membership on hold. A few days ago my doctor told me to try and play pickleball over the weekend to see if I still have any pain or discomfort. I contacted Vache (the CEO) by email to lift the pause on my membership so I could reserve a court and a ball machine to practice before I can play any matches, Here's the response from Vache: "Why don’t I book a court and Titan under my own name for Sun. Give me a specific time Let’s see how you feel first, and on your green light, I’ll restart your membership. I need you solid and ready to go. Most important! Sincerely, Vache Arsen" This is by far the best customer service I have experienced from any organization! It really goes to show that they put a premium on customer service knowing that happy customers result in more members joining and keeping their memberships. Thank you Vache and the rest of the PAC team for always going out of your way to keep the members happy!
