What a great recreation center, they have 3 pools 2 indoors with a walking track on level 2 above the pools and it is air conditioned WOW somebody was really thinking!!!! Love this place.

Post 2 knee replacement surgeries & 40 hours of PT...I continue my rehab at the Palm Ridge Fitness Ctr. The ladies at the reception area, are always very professional & pleasant, making my workouts very comfortable.

It's a magnificent venue, especially when they have the light show on. YesterYear is the tightest band I've seen there so far. Conrad has such a smooth voice!

Three pools, Three hot tubs, full weight room with treadmills, elliptical, rowing machines, nice indoor walking track, meeting rooms and club areas.
