This is the best indoor pickleball facility I have visited in three states. The facility is beautiful, bright, and well-appointed, but it is their organizational approach and welcoming procedures that truly set them apart. THEY MAXIMIZE PLAY TIME Rather than overbooking to maximize profits, they ensure that everyone booked always has a court to play on. Their scramble open play methodology is top-tier. They clearly show you where to go and rotate players through courts by level. It's mapped out on the TV screens with a timer, so there's no question about where to go. There were multiple opportunities each day to play at my level. NON-MEMBERS WELCOME I was able to easily and quickly register online as a non-member. I love that they charge you upon arrival rather than take payment online. This ensured I signed up correctly and was appropriately charged. The $5 non-member fee is fair and reasonable. FACILITY DESIGN TOP TIER Padded courts that bounce like hard courts are perfect for middle-aged joints. These are the tallest ceilings I've seen indoors. They have a pro shop that was well-stocked, unlike the sparse shops I'm used to seeing elsewhere. Multiple pairs of safety glasses on the shelf! A coat rack and plenty of lounge and high-top seating make pre- and post-time comfortable. Great court separation - I experienced no cross-court balls. There's space to sit and observe if you choose to take a bye. There's a large kitchen area and drinks/snacks for purchase. WELCOMING COMMUNITY AND STAFF Both front desk staff members greeted me when I arrived. They explained that payment isn't done online, and once we finished, they explained how many people would be there and how we would rotate. Then they walked me over to the court, introduced me to the group already there, and pointed out the facilities. Showing up alone, being a beginner still, coming from out of town, and knowing I'd likely be the only minority--in cornrows, no less-- was nerve-racking, but the staff and players put me at ease and welcomed me. The players all introduced themselves, engaged me in conversation, and were encouraging. The staff asked me if I had a good time before I left. I will absolutely make a point to visit again anytime I'm in town.

Been a member for a while now and thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere, the facility itself, and the really nice social culture that the owners have developed. Such a well lit facility with noise buffers, and a beautiful area to relax between matches, and a great program to host a party. Lots of opportunity to get matched up in leagues, social play, clinics, etc. compare them to some of the franchise competition and I believe Mercer Bucks would rise to the top

I have been a member at MBPC since close to its inception. The courts are well maintained, the people who work here are so friendly, and the people who play are great. There are socials, leagues, lessons, camps and more. The owners are accessible and regularly play there too. Even though other indoor courts have since opened that are closer to me, I still go to MBPC because they are the best.

I’ve been playing here weekly for the last few months. Nice facility with a variety of ways to play. Court Reserve system is clunky but works, some events are under attended and get canceled, others fill up early and require planning ahead.

We had a great party, celebrating a dear friend’s 60th birthday. Although I brought paper products, I did not need to use them. Everything was provided… there was even a decorative dispenser that we used for iced tea, and extra ice bags in the freezer… not guaranteed to be available but surely a bonus! The room is spacious and plenty of freedom to decorate. We had the two adjoining courts, right outside of the party room. Felt like we owned the place! When you’ve been playing as long as many of us have, the stream of exceptionally great people, naturally playing that evening for social play, added to the fun of the night. Thank you MBPC… until next time!
