One of the nicest fitness facilities I have ever worked out at. Very well equipped with numerous machines and free weights and various classes. Staff could do much better job getting out and helping instruct elderly with marginal knowledge of working out. Also enforcing people picking up weights after they are done with that exercise. Spacious gym with great atmosphere

I love working out at Elevate. Staff is great especially Barb and Caroline. Instructors are challenging and wonderful people. Also thankful for the many friends I have made over the years

My Trainer is considerate of my ability and is thoughtful in putting together a comfortable routine. Gym is clean and has updated equipment. Great atmosphere!

Extremely unprofessional staff. I’ve been coming to this location for 5 years now and I hate to take the time now after 5 years to write a review because today was just the cherry to the cake. People are always playing/ studying/ chatting at the front desk and does not even acknowledge any member, not even if you are the one greeting, trainer Patty is extremely unprofessional, she was the one putting the cherry to the cake and not the first time unfortunately. The smell of food in the hallway is not appreciated when you are nauseous already from working out. Always around 5-6 pm. Which I understand employees have to eat dinner but there must be a way to at least reduce the smell. Also, the bathrooms are always dirty, you will only find them slightly clean in the morning, that’s it. I’m sorry, I’m a business owner and I would hate to get a one star review but there must be something done about these situations which I’m sure I’m not the only one that has something to say. (Im doing 2 stars because of the love that i have, somehow, gained over the past 5 years to the first gym i have ever been in the US.) Liverpool Location.

Wanted to join a health club with a pool. I decided to try this business with a 1 day guest pass. The pool was gross. I shared the lane with another member, there were a few black bugs floating in the pool. The temperature of the water was good. The pool is old. The showers in the locker room were also gross, leaves in corner, hair , moldy grout. Thankfully I remembered to bring my own towel, as one of the members said this club provides nothing and then she said "you would have been drying off with paper towels"! If you're looking for a club to use the weights and track , I'm sure it would be fine (as long as you aren't using the shower) I wanted to like this club but unfortunately, it's not for me .
