Beautiful park and very clean. Enjoyed walking around various pathways. Nice playground for kids. Lots of grass space to kick the ball. With different sports around, like basketball, pickle ball, table tennis and more. Will definitely come back.
Porter Ranch Community Park is wide, clean, and very pet-friendly. There’s a playground that’s great for kids, but unfortunately, the swings are tied up and only one is working, which is something that could be improved. Be aware that the gate closes, so you’ll need to park on the street and walk about 10 minutes to reach the park. Overall, it’s a nice spot for families and pets!
This brand-new park opened a few months ago in Porter Ranch, and it's been such a wonderful addition to the area. I really appreciate that it has a spacious parking lot, which takes the hassle out of finding a spot. The park features a large grassy area for the kids to run and play, along with a separate toddler section and a larger area for older kids. This is perfect for me, as I have two children--one who is two and the other five. Another bonus is the clean, well-maintained restrooms. You'd think all parks in Los Angeles would have this, but I've learned the hard way that's not always the case. So, I definitely consider it a plus! I'm looking forward to spending many more park days at this lovely new spot.
This review is specifically for the poorly designed basketball court. The court is on top of a hill with NO FENCE. When shooting facing north, your ball will roll down the hill and there’s nothing you can do about it.
Nice pickleball courts, new park and barriers in between the 4 designated courts. Paddle saddles are outside, and the third net could use some fixing up (oh and a wind block would be great) Too bad the neighbors complained about the noise so they can't install lights for people to play at night
