Independence Park

One of the hidden gems in clt. This park has tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts. Close to restaurants. Clean restrooms. Easy parking. Cute for picnics. Walkable. Adorable.

I just love this park! I have been going to this park ever since I was a kid and have the best memories there! Its so fun, great place to go one a run or a walk! Its clean and peaceful with is such a bonus! there's so much to do there, baseball field, volleyball, basketball, playgrounds, tennis courts and more! It is so pretty there and is one of my favorite places to just relax!

I went to Independence Park with my son and daughter, and we had such a great time! The playground is fun and safe, there’s plenty of space to run around, and the park is clean and peaceful. It’s a perfect spot to spend quality time outdoors with the kids. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Fun little playground we stumbled upon just driving past it and so we stopped at it later on that day. Right in Downtown Charlotte. Newer, modern playground equipment with multiple different creative ways for your kiddos to climb and get their exercise! 😃👍
