I’ve been going to HCI in Bee Cave, TX for my morning workouts, and it’s a great place to train. The gym is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of machines and free weights for all kinds of workouts. Even during busy hours, it never feels crowded because of how well the space is organized. One thing I really like about this center is the variety of activities it offers — from basketball and pickleball to several scheduled fitness classes, so there’s something for everyone. There’s also ample parking, both open and covered, which makes coming here super convenient. Some of the equipment could use a slight upgrade, but everything functions well, and the overall environment stays positive and motivating. The gym has a great community feel and is perfect for both beginners and regulars. Overall, a solid fitness center in Bee Cave with great facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. I’ve been a member since June. Really enjoy the facility and the staff are all friendly and great. I mostly take different types of fitness and spin classes (also yoga) and all the instructors are excellent and dedicated to their craft. I highly recommend HCI!

This is my second home. I can't say enough nice things about this gym and the staff. You will love this place if you are an active family with young kids. The facility is amazing, clean, and consistent; it's always well-staffed with incredible people. I'm a member for life.

I was forced to cancel my membership because the gym requires detailed medical information about my doctor just to pause my account. It felt extremely unnecessary and invasive. Even worse, when I tried to cancel outright, they didn’t seem to care or offer a simple solution. A gym should make membership management straightforward, not require excessive medical documentation. This process was stressful, time-consuming, and completely unnecessary. I hope they reconsider how they handle pauses and cancellations for members.

This gym isn’t worth it. Expensive for what they offer. Their membership dept is very shady and unreliable, and getting straight answers is nearly impossible. Customer service is non existent. On top of that, the equipment is poorly maintained and a lot of it just doesn’t work properly.
