The indoor courts were great, but not the service! This is our first time using this facility, we are a new member. we reserved 1 court for 2 hrs ($60), when we got there there’s no one to instruct or guide or ask questions, and there weren’t any other players playing and all courts were empty, we started playing and our kids started using one of the empty court and we didn’t think of anything at all and about 5 mins before our 2hr limit one guy comes by and says we have been watching you in our video, we saw you use two courts for 2hrs and we are going to charge you for the 2nd court as well. I was like that’s fine but there’s no one here so we weren’t stopping anyone else from playing! If that’s how you charge and you’re watching in the camera you could’ve said at least 1) hey if you use 2nd court we charge you for that, also there’s NO printed notice saying that’s how they charge 2) after the 1st hr you are about to go over the $60 reserved charge per se and if you continue we’ll be charging you again! When I asked him, the guy started accusing me of theft. It is not the issue of paying, but the practice of how they go about is very deceptive, it’s more about “We caught you” (To wait and then say) than “We care” (hey you’re about to be charged do y’all need the 2nd court), let people know upfront! Not every first time visitors/members will know this so Just beware (of giving your CC) and being charged and how they operate and it’s not transparent don’t be surprised, very deceptive IMHO!!

My friend and I took an intro to pickleball class with instructor Steve and he was great!! Taught us so much and was so knowledgeable. Was a great experience!

Was searching for an indoor pickleball court for the winter. I reserved an indoor court for my group expecting indoor conditions. The building was actually colder than outside. We didn’t even stay the full hour because of the conditions, I requested a partial refund and was not given one. There are small heaters that do little to nothing. The website does a poor job making this detailed. You have to go to the FAQ page to even find anything explaining this, even then the heaters do not work. Do not recommend, especially due to the owner not being accommodating to their local players by not issuing any sort of refund.

Inexpensive to play, fun people!
