Great indoor pickleball facility! Reasonable membership pricing. 9 courts and easy booking. Booked a private party event, and they were very accommodating! They allowed us to bring our own snacks and drinks. Garrett was very helpful, and gave good coaching advice to the newbies in our group. Would recommend booking a private party event!

So my wife (64) and I (73) decided we wanted to start playing pickleball and discovered DFW Indoor Pickleball (DIP). We did their pickleball 101, liked what we experienced and started to get in deeper. We joined the club. Each did private lessons with Tanner Rice (he is great), did the beginner open play today and will continue to take advantage of the programs they have. Awesome experience! Comfortable environment. Everyone is really nice and supportive. If you want to explore the world of pickleball, this is the place. At tonights Beginner Open Play, the owners were actively present making sure we were comfortable with the other participants. No one sandbagged and exploited their skill versus ours. It was a very safe, learning experience. There is absolutely no reason to feel intimidated in participating in their programs. Well done DIP!!!!!

I have been here several times now, and I am thoroughly impressed! The staff demonstrated knowledge and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The facility itself is still undergoing construction, but it is still a fantastic experience for players of all levels. Moreover, I appreciate how the owners value feedback. Obviously, they are still working out some kinks, but they are remarkably responsive and quick to implement adjustments based on player input, ensuring a continuously enjoyable pickleball experience.

Played a tournament at DIP today and had a rough experience. I payed $70 for what I thought was the team entry fee, turns out it was $70/pp ($140 total) which wasn’t clear at all during registration. Then, about 30 minutes before the tournament, the head pro “Tanner” called my female partner and said she wasn’t registered and led her to believe she wouldn’t be able to play. We signed up 3 weeks in advance and he calls 30 minutes before the event starts to tell us there’s a problem? Once all that got squared away and the tournament began, it was very chaotic and disorganized. We were never given information regarding scoring, bracket format, or even prize money. When we tried to get info from the staff (which was mostly just disinterested teenagers) we got mixed information. After playing 2 matches (and reporting those scores), we got halfway through our third match when Tanner comes over, stops the match and literally scolds us like children for playing to 11 (vs 15). Then he makes us redo the score which totally screwed the match up and left all 4 of us confused. Worst of all, when it was over he reprimanded us for not magically knowing the scoring format changes round to round and then tells us he “feels disrespected” because we didn’t do it right. Lastly, as many have said in previous reviews, the facility just isn’t impressive. It’s dirty and hot and has uneven painted-concrete courts with faded paint. Overall, we learned a $140 lesson today… DIP is a low-end facility charging top-tier facility prices.

We reserved four courts at DiP to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. This place is laid out nicely with a few spots in the corners where we laid out food and beverages for people to hang out between games. The courts are well maintained, but they’re 100% concrete without any cushioned layers so your knees and ankles will feel it after playing a couple of hours.
