I recently used the Pickleball paddle rental program where you checkout 3 paddles at a time over a period of 30 days for a deposit of $40 (plus tax); the deposit is a credit if you purchase a paddle from them within a year. I must have gone back at least 5 times to exchange out paddles. The staff was gracious, knowledgeable, and helped me refine my search where I purchased a great paddle for my style of play. One week after purchase, the manufacturer discounted my model. I called the store and they refunded me to the discounted price. If you are looking for a new Pickleball paddle, I would highly recommend you go to the store.!

I came here with my son to buy a new racket. While we bought one, it wasn’t without great difficulty understanding the sales agent. He expressed little patience for us novices.

Love that I could get on the shoes and they were in stock and ready to go. I was able to take advantage of the trial paddle for one month and narrowed down the perfect paddle and the one month trial rental went towards the purchase!

Went here to grab a racket for my wife and I. Just getting back into tennis and was intimated by all the options online. Went into the store and was helped through the process of getting a racket comfortable for a beginner. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Can see why this is shop was recommended.

First time visiting and I met Kevin. He has incredible customer service I shared with him. I needed some new Pickleball shoes and he took the time to bring me 4 to 5 different brands to Try on and was very knowledgeable with issue. He was warm and welcoming, and I felt like the most important person in the shop. I will definitely be back to try their paddle ball demo program and any other future Pickleball needs
