⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience for Kids and Parents! As both a parent and coach, I couldn’t be happier with our experience in the parent-led leagues through the Chicago Park District. My 7-year-old son has participated in both the fall and winter leagues, and it has been an incredible journey watching him grow, learn, and have fun in a supportive and well-organized environment. The facilities are top-notch—always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we need. It’s been great to see the community and programs expand year after year, thanks to the dedication of the staff. They truly care about the kids, always listening to parents’ feedback and making improvements that enhance the league experience. Beyond just the leagues, the park district offers so many activities at an affordable rate, making it accessible for families. We’re grateful for this program and look forward to many more seasons! Highly recommend for any parent looking to get their child involved in a positive, community-focused sports league.

I wish every Chicago neighborhood had a place like this. It is massive, clean, offers plenty of options like basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, pickleball, etc and it's really affordable. They also have a toddler play class which is super cool. There is a parking lot which is the best!

This facility is incredible. I used the indoor running track all the time. 6 laps = 1 mile. But… FIX YOUR PHONES, REC CENTER!!!You can’t call the rec center currently. There is no way to know if this place is rented for the day, part of the day, or open at all. Is there open turf? Track? You can only know if you physically show up and check.

Kudos to the Chicago Park District on this one 👏🏼 Soccer, basketball, indoor track, volleyball, ultimate, locker rooms, parking, you name it. @coachlarotta

Beautiful facility. 2 basketball courts. 4 lane track. And a full size soccer field. Issue is it is labeled as chicago park district building but no real public access it is managed by a private company. City money but can't be used by city public. Wish they would offer more and accessible hours for the public. Additionally, the parking lot is often so over capacity it is a fire hazard, and the staff do nothing about it. I had my son who uses an accessible (handicap spot) the lot was full and both accessible spots were occupied. One car had no placard or accessible plate. I had to park far away with my son. I let the front desk know and the person I spoke with said oh that's my car. He was just sitting on his phone at work using the accessible spot. Do better.
