Ellie and Glen, of Everything Racket Sports, are awesome teachers. I just finished my second four-week clinic with them at Central Winds Pickleball Courts and can't wait to take my third. They're approachable and light-hearted, and every one of their classes was well organized and informative. They also offer personalized recommendations for refining skills. An awesome experience all around.

One of the Best! This facility in Winter Springs is very impressive. The layout of the courts & cleanliness of the entire facility is very nice. I showed up around 12N on 4.22.24 and played a few games with some guys that happen to be there. I highly recommend Central Winds Pickleball to anyone living or visiting the area.

These pickleball courts are beautiful and brand new, they have dedicated bathrooms and fences separating each court to help prevent the balls from rolling into other people’s courts. The main downside here is that is it not beginner friendly because of the “paddle queue” system they enforce. I did the research before going and learned what it was and how it worked, but I can definitely see how someone brand new to pickleball could be confused and frustrated by the “secret rules” as there is nothing posted about the paddle queue system at the courts themselves. To sum it up - all the courts are in use, you are supposed to play with strangers to allow as many people the ability to play as possible. While I understand this allows more people to play, it’s very intimidating for beginners. I wouldn’t want to be paired with people who are serious and might find it frustrating to play against a total beginner. Reserving a court or going during a quieter hour are the best bets to ensure you don’t have to play with strangers.

Good courts and facilities. Its worth playing in organized play if you are looking for 3.5+ play. Courts 1 through 6 are mostly rec plays 3.0 and below.

The court is very nice, but this is not beginner friendly at all. It seems that the community here is not very open to new people unless you already know someone. I’ve tried coming multiple times and it’s always busy. There’s many unsaid rules that are not listed anywhere which makes it really difficult to come here to just start learning. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you already know the sport well or know someone who is apart of the groups that already go here. It does make me sad, since I’m new to this area, but perhaps try another park if you are just starting, not here.
