It’s always a great time at Center Court. Jeff, has always made A priority to always say hi to me, my guess with professionalism. Front staff is always great and helpful Answering questions whenever I bring family and friends over. I look forward to bringing more referrals here. We are taking advantage of the holiday deal right now to be able to avoid the initiation fee promotion. I look forward to hosting events here with my Rehab team. Btw I am not good at all. But I always enjoy myself with like minded players

UPDATE 1/11/26 No open court for paid members on 1/13/26 because they have (mostly non members) playing in apple league games. Up to 30 members unable to play at their regular 9-Noon time slot. Prior Review They are desperate for money and (as a member only club) have been giving prime time courts to mostly non member groups to practice. They blame members for not signing up for open play days in advance. Meanwhile, they stuff 30 signed up members into 4 courts and today let an employee float from unused court to unused court while members paddled up and couldn’t play on the unused courts. Thanks Tuck. Not too long ago, made special arrangements for a group of members who are regularly perma booked for 8 of 10 courts. Other members clamber for the other 2 courts during those hours. Other members are quitting because their reservations were moved or cancelled to accommodate APPL team practices during open play when members should be playing. There is a lot of resentment amongst members. They know that complaining or offering suggestions for improvement fall on deaf ears because the management and club leaders are numb and overwhelmed by the dissatisfaction. A positive step would be for the general manager and corporate leaders to visit this location and truly listen to their customers’ concerns. As you can see, only facts are mentioned here. All can be validated. To end on a positive note, the courts are pretty good, the bathrooms are clean and the lighting is decent.

Great place for a party, friendly friend games. Just to come and play and meet people. Super nice place to hang out with friends. Self serve bar, massage beds. Fun for all.

Spent the last 2 weeks playing at Center Court as I was visiting from out of town. The staff was friendly, the facility was great, and the competition for open play was good. If I lived in the area I would become a regular member.

The facility is great, but the staff is not run with professionalism. I signed up in May of 2024 when it first opened and froze my account later in the year. When I went back to unfreeze the account, it turned out that they had lost my information when migrating to CourtReserve and i had to sign up again. This caused me both to lose my super crew membership and having to repay an activation fee. Not only that, but when i was moving out of state and submitted a cancellation request. I received a phone call from the manager confirming that the cancellation would be executed. My account was not cancelled and instead I was charged for the next month. When I called to try to rectify this situation, I called every morning for 2 weeks and was not able to ever get a hold of the manager who I was constantly told was the only one who could help me. Anyone I spoke to on the phone provided almost no information or sometimes was just rude. I called the other locations and that is when I found out that my account was never cancelled. I finally got a hold of the manager at the Gilbert location and he claimed they never received a cancellation submission (despite the fact that he was the one who called me in the previous month). He was not helpful nor understanding on the phone. It was not a good experience, and honestly found myself dreading even trying to rectify this situation because of how frustrating it was. I was not refunded for the extra month due to their clerical error. I would not recommend doing business with this location due to the lack of professionalism. Their membership prices are not worth what you actually get in benefits. There are far better options in the area.
