Good facilities, best for recreation, and useful for working out. I have been here often for running and body weight training. The place is spacious with standard running tracks including football field, the exercise equipment and a good size amphitheater. And it is cleaned. Many local people such as athletics, seniors and kids like to come here in the evening since this place is the best for family to have sport activities together. And no worries for parking, there is plenty space, except for the special event day.

Nice place to do recreation and exercise. Everyone is welcome. It is a fun place to make new friends and keep your body healthy at the same time. It's a fun place to be I am having so much fun with my exercising classes and it is helping me with my leg and back problem. I have signed up for the winter program to keep on going to stay healthy.. I'm still having fun with all my exercise classes. I'm really surprise with what I am doing with the strength in my arms and legs. Yoga/Pilates have helped in by balance. Always to have in mind to go show. My strength and core class have really helped in my strength in my upper body. My legs and arms in strength has progressed a lot too.

Great facility. Volleyball court is great. The gym is also great - clean and has enough space to do a great workout! Highly recommended. The Campbell Community Center is a unique community service complex. The site, which used to house the city's only high school, was purchased by the City of Campbell from the Campbell Union High School District in August of 1985. The center is home to the majority of the recreation classes offered through the city's Recreation and Community Services Department. The facility also offers a variety of rental opportunities.

Disappointment with Warning Issued at Campbell Community Center Track, ACTUALLY DESERVES 0 starts 🚫 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing on behalf of a group of parents, families, and young runners who regularly meet at the Campbell Community Center track. We are deeply disappointed and concerned after receiving a “warning” from city staff regarding our group’s use of the track — a public space meant to serve and support the local community. This interaction was not only unexpected but came across as surprisingly rude and unprofessional. Many of the children involved are minors who were simply coming together for one hour, once a week, to engage in healthy, supervised physical activity. They were not disruptive. They were not disrespectful. They were simply using the track — like countless others do — for its intended purpose: running. To be met with a stern warning instead of a conversation or clarification shows a lack of basic courtesy and understanding from the city’s representatives. These are kids choosing movement over screens, community over isolation. That should be celebrated, not punished. It is shocking and frankly upsetting that such a harmless and positive gathering could be treated with such hostility. If there are specific policies about group use, we are open to learning about them and complying. But the delivery of this message — and the fact that it was even issued in the first place — was unwarranted and disrespectful. It sends the wrong message to the youth: that they are unwelcome in their own city spaces. We strongly urge the City of Campbell to reflect on how its staff interacts with the community and to reconsider how it supports youth and family health initiatives. We would appreciate a follow-up with clarification on any rules that apply, and more importantly, an explanation as to why our group was singled out in such a discouraging way. Sincerely, Paren/Community Member

The Campbell Community Center offers so many things to do and see. The center is really the heart of the city. A block from downtown and steps away from many brand name stores. There’s even a small town post office across the street. The center is also where many of the city recreation classes are offered as well as some private schools and adult services. I love the outdoor track. It's one of the best places to walk or run in the valley. The track lanes are made of a foam like ground which makes it ideal for running or walking. Perfect for older adults who need a soft landing. Just in case! Also, its better for the old knees. The football track also provides a small area for outdoor workouts and a bathroom. There is also a large pool and indoor workout room for more classes. The Orchard Banquet Hall is a perfect place for mid to large size group events like community events, fundraisers, member meet ups, weddings and award ceremonies. I recently chaired the Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon for the CWCC and it was a great place to host it (see photos). The kitchen is large and has most of what you need like sinks, carts, freezer, ice machine, stove and oven and bathroom. The hall is kept very clean and they have wonderful onsite helpers to make set up a breeze. They also offer a convenient location very near the hall to load and unload. Parking can be challenging during the busy daytime, but there is plenty of parking areas to choose from. The Heritage Theater is a wonderful place to see a concert, show, school play, or small graduations due to the intimate size of the room. A huge plus is the restrooms are inside too! I love the architecture. Its very adobe like with beauty tile work and a fountain in front of the theater that is modern and interesting. It's a very inviting place and makes for great conversation on a date night at the theater.
